Hapki Boxing is an ultimate Fitness Martial Arts System that is specially created for women. Although Martial Arts is a popular activity among people of all ages and both genders, a majority of those training or maintaining interest in Martial Arts are mostly male and children. However, this trend is dissolving due to the introduction of Kick Boxing and Aerobic Karate by the Martial Arts community and mass media. Another reason of its effectiveness - Women grow bored of traditional fitness systems such as aerobic, weight training, bicycle, gym, and jogging. This is an alternative that is exciting, fun to learn but also offers practical self defense - Hapki Boxing. The result is not only better physical health but also stress release, resulting in better mental health.

This is why Mr. Han Woong Kim who is already established as a Hapkido Martial Arts instructor is introducing The Ultimate Fitness Martial Art System called "HAPKIDO BOXING".

  • Hapkido is a well-known Korean Art of Self-Defense famous for its unique, soft and practical techniques.
  • Hapki Boxing is a combination of Hapkido and Kick Boxing. The Hapki Boxing Curriculum incorporates all the different punching and kicking combinations found in most Kick Boxing classes.
  • In addition is the Hapkido component - Hapki Boxing students learn both a variety of joint locks, throws, pressure point techniques and meditation / breathing techniques helpful in releasing stress and increasing inner strength. The result is not only the ability to defend against opponents of learger physical size but better mental health as well.
